Barry is NCC's Lead Deacon. He has been a part of NCC since June 1975. His responsibilities include coordinating with the Elders, Pastors, Lead Office Administrator, and the other Deacons. Barry is retired.

Pastor Tyler is a full time Associate Pastor at NCC. He has been a part of NCC since January 1996. Periodically, he works closely with the Deacons and has found his prior construction experience helpful.
